Your Hunter Valley Wedding Planner magazine is set to showcase The Hunter Valley as Australia's top wedding destination with filming underway for a new 13 part television series called 'The Wedding Show’.
This exciting new wedding series commenced on Foxtel's Aurora channel (183) on 18th February and is hosted by various Australian celebrities including Alex Perry, Holly Brisley, Bessie Bardot and many more. The second part of the series will feature two episodes solely dedicated to the Hunter Valley.
Your Hunter Valley Wedding Planner will be the presenting sponsor for these episodes with a number of the Hunter's premier wedding businesses to be featured. Hunter Valley Gardens, The Vintage and it’s newly built Château Élan Resort, Margan Family Wines, Enzo at Ironbark Hill Barrel Room, H2 Hunter Hummers, Unique Exposure, Matt Briggs Photography, Wonderbrass Entertainment, Paramount Event Hire and Peppers Guest House will all feature in this national television series.
Recent statistics published by Hunter Valley Wine Country Tourism show a massive 50% increase in the number of weddings held in the Hunter Valley vineyards from 2008 to 2009. This considerable increase can most certainly be attributed to the launch of Your Hunter Valley Wedding Planner magazine in September 2007, with distribution channels both Australia wide and internationally.
